Hold fast.
I just wanted to do a short post today to encourage everyone participating in the fast. How funny it is, that today our entire lesson was on the benfits of fasting and how the holy spirit can work so easily when you are in this process. God obviously has something to say. Are you listening?

Loved the pictures. Glad you had the chance to rest up and take a small break.
The 1st night of the Sacred Gathering was amazing! Beautiful time of praise, worship, calmness and quite surrounded by the power of His presence.
I'm sitting here drinking my Ovaltine(really should of gone to the store :O) tummy growling, and so excited to hear the Holy Spirit speaking to me.

As I type this, my stomach is telling me that it's time to eat, but my soul is telling me to seek God instead of food. I'm going to do that, but I wanted to thank you for your encouragement today. It came just at the right time.

God's timing is so perfect! Jason and I listened to national community church's podcast from last week and of course if was on fasting!
Eat some weird asian food for us!
